🤠 Is there a dress code for the conference?

You better believe it, cowpoke. Here is your style guide for all three days — read it carefully and come ready to look the part:

Wednesday — Arrival, Partner Corral & Western Night Dinner

• Morning & Afternoon (Travel & Partner Corral): Business casual — jeans, CSL polos or western wear, and comfortable footwear are all great choices.
• Wednesday Evening (Boots and Buckles Ball & Supper): This is the night to lean all the way into the western theme. Boots, hats, fringe, denim, flannel — bring your best and have fun with it. The entire conference is country, and tonight is the crown jewel.

Thursday — Full Conference Day

• Morning & Afternoon (Keynote Speaker, Leadership Roundup, Scavenger Hunt): Business casual with a western flare— keep it comfortable and practical, especially for the Scavenger Hunt.
• Thursday Evening (Annual Awards Ceremony & Dinner): Think Country Music Awards — country chic is the vibe. Elevated, glamorous, and still rooted in the western spirit. This is your moment to shine.

Friday — CSL Cares & Wrap-Up

• Casual — jeans and your CSL Cares t-shirt. We are getting our hands dirty and our hearts full.

🤠 Are meals provided during the conference?

We have got you covered from sunup to sundown, partner. Here is the full roundup of what is on the menu:

🤠 I am arriving early on Wednesday. What can I do with my luggage before check-in?

No need to haul your saddlebags around all day! You may store your luggage in the Shenandoah Room upon arrival on Wednesday. On Friday, the final day of the conference, luggage storage will be available in James River Salons A & B.

🤠 Is there a mobile app for the conference?

Yes, partner — we are going high-tech on the trail this year! CSL IGNITE 2026 has its very own conference app. You will receive the app link and access instructions approximately two weeks before the conference. The app will contain the full schedule and all other conference details you need. Keep an eye on your inbox and download it as soon as it arrives so you are ready to ride!

🤠 What should I bring to the conference?

Pack your bags and do not forget the essentials, cowpoke:

• Business cards — you will want them for the Partner Corral and networking events
• A notebook or device for capturing ideas, inspiration, and key moments
• Laptop or tablet if needed for your work
• Appropriate attire for all scheduled events — reference the dress code above!
• Comfortable shoes — especially for the Scavenger Hunt on Thursday afternoon
• A light jacket or sweater — conference rooms can get cooler than a canyon at dawn

🤠 Is there parking available at the Omni Richmond Hotel?

Yes indeed! The Omni Richmond Hotel offers both valet and self-parking options for your stay:

Valet Parking: CSL has negotiated a discounted group valet rate of $30 per night for conference attendees — a significant savings off the standard rate. Giddy up and let someone else park that horse! Self-Parking: Available at the nearby James Center garage (no in/out privileges). Rates to be confirmed closer to the event. Note: Please do not use your RAMP card for parking without prior written approval from Ryan or Sarah.

🤠 Is there a Starbucks at the hotel?

Well, even cowboys need their coffee! Yes — there is a Starbucks located right in the hotel lobby. Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Giddy up and get your brew on — just remember, your RAMP card stays in your holster for personal purchases! ☕

🤠 Can I charge room service, incidentals, or additional food purchases to my purchase card (P-card)?

Absolutely not, partner — and we mean it. Your RAMP card is not a lasso for personal expenses. Here is the rule, plain and simple:

• You may NOT charge room service, incidentals, or any additional personal food or drink purchases to your company RAMP card during the conference.
• CSL has already arranged and paid for meals, snacks, and beverages for all attendees throughout the conference.
• Any RAMP card charges of this nature will NOT be approved for reimbursement and must be covered out of pocket.
• Plan accordingly for any personal expenses and come prepared.

🤠 How do I pay for travel day meals?

Great news — we are working out the details of how we will handle travel day meal money this year and will have a full update for you very soon. Stay tuned, partner — we want to make sure it is handled the right way and that you are taken care of. In the meantime, the golden rule still applies: 🚫 Do NOT use your RAMP card for travel day meal purchases without prior written approval from Ryan or Sarah.

🤠 What if I have food allergies, dietary restrictions, or need special accommodations?

Every rider matters on this trail. If you have food allergies, dietary restrictions, or require special accommodations, please let us know as soon as possible:

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• Submit your needs through the Special Requests form on the conference website.
• Indicate all allergies or dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, etc.).
• Please submit your form at least two weeks before the conference so our catering team has time to prepare.

Accessibility Needs

• The Omni Richmond Hotel is ADA compliant.
• If you require specific accommodations (wheelchair access, hearing assistance, etc.), please note this on the Special Requests form.
• All information will be kept confidential and shared only with those who need to know in order to support you.
